*Wellness Plan Details: Starting as of February 2007, the client must receive a minimum of one massage per month, by April Engen, CMT or Jill Patzoldt, CMT at Calm Waters Massage, LLC. The 60 or 90 minute massages are valid for the wellness plan requirements. The 30 or 45 minute massage is not included as part of the wellness plan requirement. The discount is $5.00 off the regular price. After the eleventh consecutive month, in which one individual client has received and paid for at least one qualifying massage per month, the twelfth massage is given at no charge. The 12^th massage may be given in the form of a gift certificate or scheduled by the client.
